Yes, approved startups get 3 months of the Developer plan free, no card required to apply. After the 3 months, you can continue on any paid plan or drop back to the free tier; nothing auto-charges.

How do I apply for the Capci startup program?
Fill in the short form on this page with your startup name, work email and what you’re building. We review applications manually (usually within 1–2 business days) and email you a coupon code to redeem in Settings → Billing.
