Capci is a fully digital software-as-a-service product operated by Techtrapture Private Limited. We do not sell or ship any physical goods, so no shipping charges or delivery timelines apply.
All purchases, subscription plans and credit packs, are delivered electronically and instantly to your account upon successful payment.
Once your payment is confirmed by our payment processor (Razorpay), your plan or credits are activated on your Capci account automatically, usually within a few seconds. You can then access the corresponding features by signing in at capci.app.
If a payment succeeds but your account is not updated within a few minutes, contact team@capci.app with your payment ID and we will resolve it promptly.
